For some powerful people, only the most exquisite driving experience will do. For those who prefer chauffeured driving, Volvo presents the XC90 Excellence Lounge Concept.
The XC90 Excellence, revealed at the Shanghai Auto Show, appeals to high power executives who require an accommodating back seat for entertaining guests. They did this by including custom crafted crystal champagne flutes, heated/chilled cup holders, and comfortable individual seats to replace bench seating.
Executives in China particularly favor the chauffeured driving experience, which is why Volvo thought, "Why have a front passenger seat at all?"
In its place, Volvo presents the Lounge Console concept-- an ottoman to stretch your feet up on, which has a tray table that converts into a 17" display screen for entertainment.
